4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The pbc88 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information or any other dishonest means will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 Promotion Validity

Any offer or promotion may have a specific validity period. Once the period expires, any unused bonus is automatically cancelled. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Cashback

pbc88 VIP members receive cashback at a fixed rate on their weekly net losses. The weekly cashback rates are: up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings) are used to calculate cashback.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it. If a bet remains incomplete due to a disconnection, the result recorded in the system will be final.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Results

pbc88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds or results arising from technical faults, data feed issues or intentional exploitation.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for bets on that event will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled at the applicable odds.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. Odds may change before a bet is accepted, in which case you will be given the option to accept or decline the new odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempting to hack the system
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots or automated methods
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts
• Collecting or stealing another user's account credentials
• Using illegal funds or using the platform for money laundering
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to collude with other players to fix results

If any of the above activities are proven, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Company Authority

8.2 During Investigation
